"On a riding trip and my buddies bike developed an intermittent running issue. They plugged in bike to diagnose it on the spot. Found to be TPS - adjusted free of charge! "Sales deserves 5 stars but minus 1 for parts situation. (See last paragraph)The shop has many bikes on display and plenty of space to walk around. They also have some parts and accessories on display. There are plenty of parking available. There is an easy going vibe and no pushy sales person. If your considering to purchase, I'd recommend Tyler at AEO. He has a good level of knowledge and experience about ice and electric bikes to be informative.How I ended up purchasing at AEO:I already searched around the shops locally for what I was looking for and found AEO to have it on display. Upon walking in and checking out the bike, Tyler came over and answered my questions but only when asked. No sales pitch, no asking for contacts etc. It really gave us an easy going vibe. We left that day without buying.A few days later, after some in depth online research, I decided to pull the trigger. I sent questions on financing and prices to 2 dealers in the area. Both got back to me but Tyler at AEO was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. By that afternoon, Tyler had everything ready to go and I simply dropped in to sign the paperwork and an hour later, went home with a new bike.Parts situation for Zero Motorcycles. As of 2/2026, the parts personnel stated that they can not order any OEM parts from Zero because they are not setup and don't know when they if they ever will.
